FAQs & Quick Answers
Have questions about how BluPrint Elevate works, or what your HR team needs to do to launch it? You are in the right place.

What is BluPrint Elevate?
BluPrint Elevate is a complimentary workforce financial wellness offering from BluPrint Home Loans. It gives your employees access to a dedicated local mortgage expert, structured educational programming, personalized planning resources, and real financial benefits — all designed to help them achieve homeownership, navigate relocation, and build long-term financial wellness. At no direct cost to your organization.
Is this a mortgage product?
No. BluPrint Elevate is a workforce financial wellness offering. While homeownership and mortgage guidance are central to what we do, the program is built around employee financial wellness, education, and long-term wealth building — not loan origination. Employees are never pressured to apply for a mortgage, and participation in any part of the program is entirely voluntary.
Who is BluPrint Elevate designed for?
BluPrint Elevate is designed for forward-thinking employers who want to offer a meaningful financial wellness benefit without adding to their budget. It is most impactful for organizations that actively recruit talent, support workforce relocation, or are looking to differentiate their benefits package in a competitive talent market.
About BluPrint Elevate

What does BluPrint Elevate cost our organization?
Nothing. BluPrint Elevate is offered at no direct cost to your organization. There is no fee to partner, no contract to sign, and no budget required to get started or maintain the program.
Is there a required commitment?
No. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment required. We want every employer partnership to be valuable — and we believe the program speaks for itself.
Are there any costs to employees?
Participation in BluPrint Elevate's educational programming, planning resources, and consultations is complimentary for employees. If an employee chooses to move forward with a mortgage through BluPrint Home Loans, standard loan costs apply, though Elevate partners receive waived lender fees and access to Realtor credits that meaningfully offset those costs.
Cost and Commitment

How do we bring BluPrint Elevate to our organization?
It starts with a single conversation with your local BluPrint Elevate representative. There is no procurement process, no RFP, and no lengthy onboarding. Most employer partnerships are up and running within days of that first conversation.
What does our HR team need to do?
Very little. When you partner with BluPrint Elevate, we provide everything your team needs to introduce the benefit to employees — a customized co-branded employee landing page, an introductory email ready to send, intranet-ready copy, and ongoing materials to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the year. Your team makes the introduction. We handle everything after that.
How long does it take to launch?
In most cases, your employees can have access to the program within days of your organization partnering with BluPrint Elevate. We move at your pace and work around your internal communications calendar.
Can we co-brand the employee-facing materials with our company logo?
Yes. Your employees receive a customized landing page and materials that reflect both your organization and BluPrint Elevate — so the benefit feels like yours, because it is.
Getting Started
The Employee Experience

How do employees access the program?
Once your organization partners with BluPrint Elevate, employees receive an introduction to the program through your internal communications — an email, intranet post, plus any other materials or communications that you think would work well for your structure. From there, they connect directly with their dedicated local mortgage expert at their own pace and on their own timeline.
Is participation mandatory?
No. Participation in every part of BluPrint Elevate is entirely voluntary. Employees engage with the program when it is relevant to their lives — whether that is two years before they are ready to buy or the week after they accept a relocation offer.
What if an employee is not ready to buy a home yet?
That is exactly who Elevate Education and Elevate Planning are built for. Employees who are years away from buying can still benefit from credit coaching, homeownership readiness reviews, and educational programming that helps them prepare. The program is designed to meet employees wherever they are in their financial journey.
What happens if an employee relocates to a new market?
Elevate Relocation is built for this. As soon as a relocation is confirmed, the employee is connected with a dedicated local expert in their new market who can guide them through the housing landscape, mortgage process, and financial decisions specific to that city — before the move begins.
Will employees feel pressured to take out a mortgage?
Never. BluPrint Elevate is built around trust, and that means employees engage with the program on their own terms. Our experts are advisors first. Their job is to help employees make informed decisions, not to push them toward a loan.

Does BluPrint Elevate support employees who are renting in their new market, not buying?
Yes. While homeownership is a central goal of the program, Elevate Relocation supports employees regardless of where they are in their housing journey. Local market education, neighborhood guidance, and access to trusted local real estate professionals are available to renters and buyers alike.
How early in the relocation process can employees access support?
As early as possible — ideally before the move begins. We encourage employers to introduce relocating employees to their dedicated local expert as soon as the offer is accepted, so they arrive in their new city informed and supported rather than overwhelmed.
Can BluPrint Elevate support employees relocating internationally?
At this time, BluPrint Elevate supports domestic relocations across the 49 states where BluPrint Home Loans is licensed.
